Fundación Amigó

On the 19th of Abril the Provincial Council of the Province of Luis Amigó of the Capuchin Tertiaries approved the creation of the Fundación Amigó giving it its corresponding statutes. This agreement was publicly elevated and is legally recognized and inscribed.

In the act of birth of the Fundación Amigó the Provincial Counsel of the province Luis Amigó, the Counsel Foundation was constituted which is represented by counsel members of the Provincial Counsel.

The Patronate is a governmental organ, representative, and administrative, of the Fundación which executes the various functions that are corresponds to the Counsel Foundation. This is all in accord with the Judicial Ordenament and its proper statutes. It corresponds that the Patronate accomplishes the fundamental means to administer with deligence the righs and freedoms which form part of the Patronate of the Foundation. It is integrated by a minimum of 5 members.

The Executive Comittee is formed by 5 members of the Patronate who are responsible for the daily tasks and normal issues of the Foundation. The Committee is formed by the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and two spokes members: who are in charge of the Volunteers and Sponsorship and the Secretarial Coordinator.

Is in charge of managing the diverse functions of the Fundación Amigó from the Center of the Foundation and the agreements of the Executive Committee.
He is also in charge of the Informational Bulletin and the web site.

This was created in 1999. Its function is to evaluate the program development of the Foundation and to critique the update of social sciences in the Foundation.
It is comprised of 5 members:

D. Antonio Escaja Miguel.
D. Valeriano García Martín.

This department promotes, studies, and orients the distinct projects of the Fundación and mediates them according to their goals.

Consists of the treasury, the amount of income received, accountant, taxes, personal, and external funds. Memory of annual activities, Semester information and final, tasks into account the collaboration of a technician.

The Delegations stretch their relations with various local members who also borrow assessment. They work to put strength and to maintain relations with public identities and other private entities.

They serve an indispensable help in executing and in controlling the projects. This is made possible thanks to their closeness with benefactors, local members, etc.
